Welcome to Serenity Lakeside Villa, your perfect retreat nestled on a tranquil lake in Southwest Florida. This newly renovated 3-bedroom house offers gorgeous sunsets overlooking the lake, a private heated pool & an outdoor dining area perfect for your morning coffee. Port Charlotte is ideally located only 15 minutes from the Punta Gorda airport, 30 miles from many of SWFL most beautiful white-sand beaches, and within 2 hours of several major cities such as Orlando, Tampa, Fort Myers, Sarasota

The space

This open floor plan, three-bedroom home, features streaming services, high-speed internet, fresh linens, and towels. The private entrance from the master bedroom onto the pool deck makes a great sharable home with family and friends!
 
No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay.

There is a propane gas outdoor fire pit available, as well as a gas propane grill upon request, Please see Rules.
Note: Basic cleaning of the grill is done. As we cannot anticipate the level of usage during each reservation, we request each guest assist in ensuring the grill is cleaned prior to and after their use.

Parking on-site. LIMIT 4 cars per reservation.
Do not park on the grass as there are various sprinkler heads located throughout the front yard!
Parking on the grass near the street edge of the property is not recommended as heavy rain can cause this area to collect water.

Guest access

Guests have private access to the whole house, except the cleaning supply closet in the laundry room.

We've provided many of the basics below to help make this vacation house a home. Whether you like to cook in the kitchen or bring food in, you'll find everything you need for up to 8 guests.

Traveling with a young child? A pack-n-play, space-saving high-chair, and umbrella stroller are available for use.

Gas grill available on request.

Keurig K-cup, pod and carafe Coffee Maker.

There are two extra table leaves located under the master bed.

High-speed Internet

Smart TVs (Roku) in the living room and master bedroom. Simply sign into your favorite streaming platforms to enjoy movies and shows!

We do not provide daily housekeeping.

There is one outdoor ring doorbell camera on the front porch for your safety and convenience.

IMPORTANT THING TO NOTE: MAX occupancy at any time - 8 guests total - No Parties/Events permitted without owner approval prior.

This home is located in a very residential area and the neighbors are great! Seriously, we cannot stress enough the respect we have for our neighbors! Absolutely NO PARTIES or LOUD MUSIC are allowed at this home. This home is suitable for family and close friends who want to spend quality time together around the pool and the outdoor seating area.
